ROLE OVERVIEW
The Jr. Content Executive will support the Content Specialist in creating high-quality, engaging, and research-driven content for Exa’s portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone early in their content career who is eager to learn, write, conduct basic research, and develop a strong foundation in SaaS-focused content marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in drafting blogs, website copy, and marketing content based on guidelines provided by the Content Specialist.
• Conduct initial research to support long-form content pieces such as blogs, case studies, and industry briefs.
• Support SEO initiatives by optimizing copy using provided keywords and content frameworks.
• Write social posts, website blogs, emails snippets, marketing content and copy for marketing assets various touchpoints.
• Mange social media and content distribution, posting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure content and creative assets align.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Perform proofreading and quality checks on published materials.
• Update and manage content on CMS platforms such as WordPress under supervision.
• Assist in tracking basic content performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing fundamentals with the ability to learn different tones and styles.
• Basic understanding of SEO writing and willingness to learn industry tools.
• Ability to conduct structured online research.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and taking feedback constructively.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Interest in writing for B2B SaaS and technology brands.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity in communication.
• Eagerness to develop long‑form and short‑form content skill.
