Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Content Writer to join our Marketing Team in Lahore. In this role, you will research and write engaging content about Australian immigration, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and email campaigns. You will work closely with our SEO Specialist, Social Media Specialist, and Graphic Designer to create content that attracts and converts potential clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves writing, enjoys learning new topics, and wants to grow their career in content marketing. This role requires using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to efficiently produce approximately 200 content pieces per month, including visa service pages and blog posts while maintaining quality and SEO standards.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write well-researched blog posts and articles on Australian visa categories, immigration policies, and migration pathways
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Develop clear and persuasive website copy, including service pages and landing pages
- Write email newsletters and drip campaigns to nurture leads
- Use AI writing tools to draft content efficiently while ensuring accuracy through careful editing and fact-checking
Research & Planning
- Research industry topics using online sources, government websites, and internal resources
- Stay updated on Australian immigration news, policy changes, and trends
- Contribute ideas to content calendar and editorial planning
- Identify content gaps and recommend new topics based on audience needs
Collaboration & Quality
- Work with the SEO Specialist to optimize content for search engines using keywords and best practices
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to ensure content and visuals are aligned
- Proofread and edit all content for grammar, accuracy, and brand voice consistency
- Submit work on time and incorporate feedback from team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role
- Portfolio of writing samples (blog posts, articles, academic writing, or personal projects)
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience with AI writing tools
(ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) for content drafting
- Strong research skills with the ability to understand and simplify complex topics
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
