Junior content writer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager who deeply understands content and social media strategy.

This role is content-first. The ideal candidate understands trends, platform dynamics, hooks, storytelling, and how to turn brand positioning into content that actually performs.

Beyond strategy, this person will take ownership of client accounts, manage execution, coordinate editors and designers, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.

This is a high-responsibility role with direct client exposure and real ownership from day one.

Core Responsibilities1. Content & Strategy (Primary Focus)

  • Develop clear, actionable content strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Identify trends, formats, hooks, and content angles relevant to each brand
  • Translate positioning into engaging short-form and long-form content ideas
  • Write high-quality scripts, captions, and content briefs
  • Analyze performance and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Conduct competitor and niche research
  • Build content pillars and messaging frameworks

This person must understand what makes content perform — not just aesthetically, but strategically.

2. Client Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead client calls and provide strategic guidance
  • Communicate progress, performance insights, and next steps
  • Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities

3. Project & Team Management

  • Coordinate video editors, designers, and creative media specialists
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback
  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversee execution from strategy to final delivery
  • Ensure quality control across all outputs

4. Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor content performance metrics
  • Identify patterns in high-performing content
  • Run structured testing (hooks, formats, messaging)
  • Improve retention, engagement, and conversions over time

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

- Deep awareness of trends and viral content mechanics

- Strong writing skills (hooks, scripts, captions)
