What you’ll do

• Produce 6–10 short social posts + 2 long-form pieces/week (blog/website).
• Write SEO-ready copy: titles, metas, H1–H3, and naturally keyworded body text.
• Collaborate with designers on creatives and captions; keep content calendar on track.
• Use analytics + editor feedback to lift CTR, dwell time, and engagement.
• Deliver clean copy on deadline and revise quickly from notes.

Must-have

• 1+ year of content writing with 2–3 live samples/portfolio links (required).
• Strong English grammar/editing; basic SEO (keywords, metas, headings).
• Comfortable with Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn post formats.
• On-site availability Mon–Sat, 5:00pm–1:00am in Karachi; reliable and punctual.

Nice-to-have

• WordPress/CMS basics, Canva for light image edits, familiarity with GA4/Meta Insights.
• Short-form video captioning and content repurposing.

Success in your first 60–90 days

• Ship 8–12 long-form pieces with editor score ≥ 8/10.
• Lift CTR on two target posts by +15% via title/meta tests.
• Maintain on-time delivery rate ≥ 95%.
