Job Type & Shift: Full‑time (Mon–Sat) | Evening shift 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT
Salary Range: Base PKR 25,000 – 30,000/month + performance‑based incentives

What You’ll Do

• Produce 6‑10 short social posts + 2 long‑form blog/website pieces per week.
• Write SEO‑ready copy: titles, meta descriptions, H1–H3 headings and naturally‑keyworded body text.
• Collaborate with designers on creatives and captions, and manage the content calendar.
• Use analytics and editor feedback to improve CTR, dwell time, and engagement.
• Deliver clean copy on deadline and revise quickly from notes.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of content writing experience with 2–3 live portfolio samples/links.
• Strong English grammar and editing skills; basic SEO (keywords, metas, headings).
• Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn post formats.
• Available for on‑site evening shift in Karachi (Mon–Sat, 5 PM‑1 AM).
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, high‑feedback environment.

Nice‑to‑Have

• WordPress or CMS experience, basic image editing via Canva.
• Familiarity with GA4 / Meta Insights.
• Short‑form video captioning or content repurposing experience.

Success Metrics – First 60‑90 Days

• Deliver 8‑12 long‑form pieces with editor score ≥ 8/10.
• Increase CTR on two target posts by +15% via title/meta tests.
• Maintain on‑time delivery rate ≥ 95%.
