Responsibilities
  • Provide hands on admin support to the Construction and Commercial teams, keeping projects running smoothly.
  • Work closely with Contract Administrators and Project Managers on budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Process subcontractor and supplier invoices in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare and manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders, variations, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain accurate project registers, RFIs, approvals, and other key documentation.
  • Draft and manage correspondence with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, compliant, and supports successful project delivery.
