From humble beginnings NPS has grown to a national organisation with circa 200 staff. At NPS we provide high-quality services for industry, government, and water authorities with significant growth in emerging areas of digital metering and IoT device management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

NPS seeks a dedicated, and proactive Office Support person for our Metering Division to support the scheduling and management of multiple contracts.

Located at our office in Ringwood initially three days a week, our Yarraville office 2 days a week, this dynamic role specifically involves managing work schedules for field employees in a fast-paced environment. This role will move to Laverton later in December.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, supporting the allocated Contract Manager in all administrative related tasks related to our projects.

Main duties include:

  • Supporting the Contracts Manager in monitoring, controlling, and managing work orders and job requests.
  • Take phone calls and route them to the correct department.
  • Liaising with clients and plumbers on various queries.
  • Ensure all employee and sub-contractor records are maintained accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Data entry and reporting.
  • Complete jobs-management and invoicing requirements.
  • Assisting with the processing of quotations.
  • Always ensure maximum office discretion and confidentiality.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
  • Experience with Aroflo - our Project Management System (highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of Metro and Regional Melbourne areas.
