This full-time role reports directly to the Manager Payroll and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll services across the business. About the Role You'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, compliance with legislation, and providing support to employees and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls using Workday Payroll Prepare and file Payroll Tax, Child Support, and Superannuation returns Reconcile PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support, and other deductions Maintain payroll databases and employee records Manage payments and reporting including STP, PAYG, PRT, and garnishee orders Provide administrative support and maintain novated lease spreadsheets Assist with share plan reconciliation and maintenance What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and communication skills A collaborative, can-do attitude Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation and industry awards Significant experience in Australian payroll and payroll tax The Westgold Offer: A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer A range of benefits including: Performance based bonus Group salary continuous insurance A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.
