Junior Coordinator (Upwork Client Management – Graphic Design Background)

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Coordinator with a background in graphic design to manage and coordinate Upwork clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands design workflows and can effectively communicate client requirements to the creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication on Upwork (messages, job discussions, follow-ups)
• Understand client design requirements and clearly brief the graphic design team
• Coordinate multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery
• Review basic design outputs to ensure they meet client expectations
• Assist in writing and submitting proposals for graphic design jobs
• Maintain organized records of projects, feedback, and revisions

Requirements:

• Experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Upwork platform and freelancing environment
• Strong written English communication skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Additional Information.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Language: English (Required)
• Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday (alternative Saturdays included)
• Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 (Per Month)
