Junior Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out Projects

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Permit Management:
  • Assist in obtaining necessary work permits and approvals from various government and local authorities.
  • Ensure all permits and licenses are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination:
  • Serve as a point of contact between project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Coordinator in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • Documentation:
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including contracts, drawings, reports, and safety files.
  • Assist in preparation of safety and project compliance documents.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones and highlight potential delays or issues.
  • General Support:
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to project coordination, documentation, and administrative support.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficient project workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
