About the Editorial Team
We’re the voice behind the brand. As part of the larger Digital Creative team, we’re responsible for bringing the brand to life in the digital space, creating best-in-class marketing across site and performance channels. From seasonal campaigns to product storytelling, we translate big ideas into engaging copy that inspires and informs. We work across channels to ensure our brand voice cuts through at every customer touchpoint.

About the Role
As a Junior Copywriter, you’ll support the development of editorial content across our site and performance channels. You’ll partner closely with editorial leadership, design, and cross-functional teams to shape messaging that’s elevated, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft on-brand copy for digital and performance assets—including site, email and paid marketing channels. While the focus of this role is digital there will also be opportunities to contribute to print collateral and in-home content.
  • Uphold brand editorial standards, ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging across touchpoints.
  • Proof and final QA all deliverables to ensure they are error-free.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within retail, agency, or brand creative teams.
  • Ability to translate a brief into compelling copy with a strong understanding of how to adjust voice and tone across digital channels.
  • Comfortable managing copy deliverables and timelines across multiple projects and channels in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong communication skills and attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $59,000 - $69,300. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
