Latency Studio is a creative digital agency crafting pixel-perfect websites and online stores for global brands. We design and build on Wix Studio, Webflow, and Shopify, combining design precision with modern visual storytelling.

The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to help produce visual assets that bring our websites and brand projects to life. You’ll work closely with our web and brand teams to create graphics, banners, icons, and visual elements that define a project’s tone and feel. This is an entry-level position — perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in digital design.

What You’ll Do

• Design website assets such as banners, product images, hero sections, and UI icons.
• Assist in building brand style guides, typography systems, and color palettes.
• Support web designers by creating graphics for Wix Studio and Webflow projects.
• Edit and enhance product photos and mockups for client websites.
• Collaborate on creative direction and visual storytelling for premium brands.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong aesthetic sense and a love for clean, modern design.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (bonus: Lightroom or After Effects).
• Understanding of web layout and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow creative briefs, and willingness to learn fast.
• Motivation to grow in the digital design and branding space.
