Take ownership

As our Junior CRM Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing automated communication journeys to enhance our users' experience:

• Designing and automating CRM journeys based on user actions, backend events, and account changes, ensuring users are proactively informed at every step.
• Designing engaging emails and notifications with compelling copywriting and visually appealing layouts that align with bunq’s innovative brand.
• Analyzing and optimizing CRM performance by gathering and reporting engagement data to continuously improve messaging strategies.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with our users.
• You have a basic understanding of copywriting and visual design to craft engaging, on-brand communication.
• You possess high autonomous problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• You have a basic understanding of coding (e.g., HTML) to tweak and improve communication templates.
• You’re comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable improvements for CRM journeys.
• You’re an excellent communicator and speak English fluently

Note: Since we run some parts of our recruitment in groups, timelines may depend on all candidates completing the same step - this way, everyone gets a fair and equal chance. 🌈 In case you are not able to proceed within this timeline and we don’t come to an agreement, there is an opportunity for joining the next group.

Hiring Timeline and what to expect:

• After applying, you’ll go through 2 online assessments (one by one):
• bunq fit assessment (takes about 20 mins) - please finalize it within 5 days after receiving
• skills assessment (takes about 30-40 mins) - please finalize it within 5 days after the bunq fit assessment
• In case it’s positive, we’ll invite you to a recruiter call to understand better how you match bunq’s values and culture.
• By 1st of October we’ll start interviews with the team lead.
