This challenge is perfect for you if

• You have a background in customer support, customer service, or hospitality (e.g., horeca), with a deep understanding of customer-facing operations and service ownership principles.
• You are highly confident in data analysis, with proven experience using Looker to create dashboards and translate data into tangible process improvements.
• You are efficient in working with AI and can identify practical ways to leverage it to improve support quality.
• You are a proactive problem-solver, driven to independently identify issues and champion solutions from idea to implementation.
• You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively to raise the quality bar for our entire support team. ️
