Junior Customer Relations Officer – Real Estate

Location: Business Bay, Dubai (On-site)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for a proactive and service-driven Junior Customer Relations Officer to join our real estate team in Dubai. This position plays an important role in supporting day-to-day client interactions, assisting the sales and leasing teams, and ensuring that every client receives a professional and seamless experience.

This opportunity is well suited for a junior professional or recent graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in the Dubai real estate industry while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
  • Assist in managing client relationships throughout the property sales and leasing process.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
  • Understand client requirements and help suggest appropriate property options when needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and client support.
  • Provide post-transaction assistance to help maintain strong and lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or real estate support roles is beneficial but not essential.
  • Basic familiarity with the Dubai property market will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a real estate environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
