Job Title: Junior Cybersecurity Analyst

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support our cybersecurity operations, assisting in threat monitoring, detection, and response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cybersecurity alerts and system logs under supervision using security monitoring and SIEM tools.
• Assist in identifying cybersecurity incidents and potential threats.
• Support incident response activities, including initial investigation and documentation.
• Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls issued by NCA.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation, reports, and asset records.
• Escalate incidents according to established cybersecurity procedures.
• Participate in cybersecurity awareness, drills, and training programs.
  
  
  

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and threats.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing concepts).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
• Awareness of common attack types (phishing, malware, unauthorized access).
• Ability to analyze logs and security alerts at a basic level.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Hands on experience with ECC CCC by NCA audit exercise.

• Security+
• CEH (Entry Level)
• NCA-recognized cybersecurity training programs
  
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory requirement).
• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant IT or cybersecurity experience.
