Junior Dat Analyst

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, IT, Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or backend PMO activities.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of PowerBI for dashboard creation and VBA for Process Automation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, macros) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels and present clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions proactively.
• Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) for process automation

Experience with SQL development or ETL processes

Experience with Python on process automation, data manipulation and analysis

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
