Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. You will support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to help drive data-informed decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a curiosity for uncovering insights, and a desire to grow in the field of data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support the creation of dashboards and visual reports for business teams.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and perform exploratory data analysis as required.
• Document processes, methodologies, and key findings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles (internship or academic projects acceptable).
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation.
• Understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Exposure to BI tools and automation using scripts or APIs.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git) is a plus.
