Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and provide clear insights to support decision-making.
• Clean, prepare, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Python.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations across different data points.
• Work with time-based, event-based, and sequence-based datasets to study changes and their impact on outcomes.
• Document findings and present insights in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Stay updated with new analytical tools, techniques, and data-processing methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field).
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python (Pandas, Matplotlib).
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets involving time periods, events, or transitions.
• Ability to interpret pattern changes and relate them to trends or performance variations.
• Good understanding of data cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills to explain insights clearly.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of research methods or financial/market data is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
