Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a immediate joiner as a Junior Data Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to support reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis. The candidate should be hands-on with SQL, Power BI, and Excel, and have basic Python knowledge for data analysis.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

• Overall Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Data Analyst / Reporting / MIS role
• SQL: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience
• Writing queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE, subqueries)
• Data extraction, validation, and basic troubleshooting
• Power BI: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience
• Building reports/dashboards and publishing in Power BI Service
• Data modeling (relationships) and basic DAX (measures, calculated columns)
• Excel: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience
• Pivot tables, charts, formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/COUNTIF)
• Data cleaning and formatting

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data using SQL for business reporting needs
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and scheduled reports
• Perform data validation and ensure report accuracy
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights
• Maintain documentation for KPIs, dashboards, and report logic

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Python (Basic) for data analysis (Pandas basics, data cleaning, simple scripts/automation)

• Graduation (any stream)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
