Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to build strong data analysis skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Generate reports to support business decision-making
• Assist in automating data processes and improving reporting efficiency
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in data analytics
• Exposure to ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
