About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in data analytics and looking to gain hands-on experience working with real business data, reporting, and insights.
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will help collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to support business decisions across different departments. You will work closely with senior analysts, managers, and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders

Assist in maintaining databases and data accuracy

Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests

Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports

Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes

Present findings in a clear and understandable manner
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)

Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Knowledge of SQL is preferred

Basic experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
