Junior Data Analyst

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various banking systems and databases.
• Analyze financial, operational, and customer-related data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and timely analysis.
• Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and compliance teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Identify data quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Basic understanding of banking operations, financial products, and industry terminology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
