Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from various banking systems and databases.

Analyze financial, operational, and customer-related data to identify trends and insights.

Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and timely analysis.

Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and compliance teams to understand reporting requirements.

Identify data quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.

Assist in ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and querying.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Basic understanding of banking operations, financial products, and industry terminology is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
