Junior Data Entry & Food Costing

Shape Restaurant Group is looking for a Junior Data Entry & Food Costing Specialist to support our finance and kitchen operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records for accounting, inventory, and food cost analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily journal entries and financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Record and update sales, purchase, and inventory data regularly.
• Assist in monitoring and calculating food costs across outlets.
• Generate reports on usage, wastage, and cost trends for management review.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, and finance departments to verify data accuracy.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Participate in monthly stock takes and help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Identify and report anomalies or errors in recorded data.
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned
