Junior Data Operations Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist with daily operational checks and basic data validation activities in ServiceMax.
• 
  Run and review recurring reports or dashboards using tools like Excel or Salesforce Reports.
• 
  Support ticket logging and initial triage under guidance from senior team members.
• 
  Participate in data migration efforts by populating and reviewing data templates.
• 
  Maintain and update SOP documentation as tasks and processes evolve.
• 
  Help monitor SLA performance metrics and escalate data quality issues when identified.
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on service or data-related requests.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 
  0-2 years of experience in a data support, application support, or business operations role (internship/project experience accepted).
• 
  Good working knowledge of Excel and basic data handling.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn technical tools and platforms.
• 
  Clear and concise communication skills.
• 
  Ability to work in a structured environment with well-defined processes.
• 
  Willingness to work in a 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift.

Nice to Have:

• 
  Exposure Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceMax, or similar CRM platforms.
• 
  Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, or any reporting/dashboard tools.
• 
  Understanding of basic concepts in supply chain or field service operations.
