Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building predictive models, advanced analytics, and deploying ML/AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Develop, implement, and optimize ML/AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, R, SQL, or related tools.
• Communicate insights through compelling visualizations and data storytelling.
• Evaluate, test, and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy ML/AI models into production environments.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-driven projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Expertise in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Time Series Analysis.
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio in ML/Data Science.
• Experience in prompt engineering, RAG/context engineering, and Agentic AI systems.
