Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
- Work on complex datasets; apply statistical and data mining techniques for data exploration and preparation.
- Perform data quality analysis, build models, and perform ground-truth comparisons to validate assumptions and outputs.
- Use data visualization to understand distributions and patterns and communicate findings to project leads and stakeholders.
- Write efficient, scalable, near production-ready code over large datasets.
- Maintain strong code documentation practices to enable collaboration and future development.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the team's success through proactive execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong programming skills in Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) and SQL for analysis, wrangling, and database work.
- 2+ years' of advanced analytics and data wrangling.
Preferred:
- Strong fundamentals in statistical and ML algorithms.
- Familiarity with ML model deployment in a cloud environment.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM applications such as RAG.
Experience working in Google Cloud Platform
Strong problem-solving skills with emphasis on product development.
