Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Junior Dental Sales Rep in Phoenix, Arizona.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Early-career dental sales opportunity focused on launching disruptive clear aligner and orthodontic technology platform across Phoenix territory
• Hunter-driven field sales role centered on aggressive new business development and orthodontic account acquisition
• Opportunity to join well-funded startup organization during rapid expansion phase with strong upward mobility potential
• Territory-building role requiring high activity prospecting, persistence, and entrepreneurial drive within zero-base territory
• Clinically focused orthodontic technology platform designed to provide advanced biomechanics and greater clinical control for orthodontists

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: $80,000-$90,000
• Total compensation at plan: $140,000-$150,000
• Significant commission upside tied to territory growth and utilization

SCHEDULE

• Full-time field-based sales role
• Phoenix-based territory coverage
• Approximately 10% travel required

ROLE

• Aggressively prospect and close new orthodontic and dental accounts
• Build relationships converting orthodontists into active platform users
• Drive utilization and adoption of aligner technology platform
• Develop pipeline within startup territory environment

• Navigate dental offices and front desk interactions confidently
