We’re looking for a Junior Designer to support the creation and delivery of digital-first designs across subscriber lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role is production-focused and ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional creative teams. You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Visual Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors to execute and adapt creative assets across email, in-app messaging, app store placements, and performance marketing—while maintaining consistency with established design systems and brand guidelines.

$30-35 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:

Support Product Designers and Art Directors in maintaining design toolkits, libraries, and frameworks for marketing messaging systems

Design pixel-perfect digital marketing assets across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and performance media
-
Execute creative updates, iteration, and versioning for ongoing marketing campaigns

Adapt and manipulate key art, including Photoshop compositing and asset resizing
-
Apply feedback quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
-
Organize, name, and manage files for internal teams, vendors, and agency partners
-
Maintain the highest design standards and brand consistency across all deliverables
-
Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Copy, and Project Management partners

Stay current on design, UX/UI, and digital marketing trends
-
Work across multiple media types, including digital, UI/UX, and occasional print
Basic Qualifications:
-
1+ year of experience as a Product Designer, Digital Production Artist, or similar role (internship experience considered)

General understanding of responsive web design, user experience, and design systems
-
Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Docs

Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility best practices, and digital production workflows

High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and consistency

Ability to work independently, take direction, and collaborate effectively within a team

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Portfolio or work samples required (school portfolios accepted; password-protected is fine)
