Junior Developer

Overview:

LeadVision Media, a Qualfon company is searching for a Junior Developer to join our fast growing team!

This position is hybrid and will require some onsite presence at our Oklahoma City office.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Development Manager with all aspects of software design and coding
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings
• Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills
• Writing and maintaining code
• Working on minor bug fixes
• Implementing new API’s as needed
• Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems
• Responding to requests from the development team
• Gathering information from consumers about program functionality
• Writing reports
• Conducting development tests
• Become proficient managing resources on AWS
• Perform occasional Data entry tasks with attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of related job experience required
• At least one year of experience with PHP, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Basic programming experience with other languages
• Knowledge of JSON and MYSQL databases and operating systems
• Experience with curl and API’s
• Full stack experience
• More than one year of Laravel experience
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred but not required
• Curiosity
• Strong work ethic
