Junior Developer (Python+ Node)

We are looking for a skilled Junior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to building world-class product experiences for our interactive web applications. In this role, you will work closely with designers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust features for interactive web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend designers, ML engineers, and product managers.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Build and support microservices, APIs, and backend modules.
• Set up, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure product stability through automated and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS using containerized environments.
• (Optional) Explore and experiment with Generative AI / LLM integrations to enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–3 years of experience developing production-ready web applications.
• Proficiency in some of the following:

Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, CSS, D3

• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming concepts.
• Experience working with GraphQL or Apollo Server.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preferred).
• Strong foundation in system design and architecture.
• Experience building microservices and designing APIs.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated and end-to-end tests.
• Exposure to Generative AI / LLM technologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
