Junior DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure to gain hands-on experience and grow their career. You’ll support the automation, deployment, and monitoring of our systems, working closely with senior DevOps engineers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Support the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Help manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools.
• Participate in troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments.Monitor system performance and assist in responding to alerts and incidents.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability. Document processes, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in a DevOps, System Administration, or related role.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also welcome).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and basic shell scripting.
• Understanding of version control (e.g., Git).Knowledge of containers (Docker) and an interest in learning orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the DevOps field.Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or any entry-level cloud certification.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK stack).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
