Junior Digital Marketer

We need someone who actually understands the basics of digital marketing instead of someone who only knows how to boost posts. If you cannot think analytically track performance or learn fast you will not survive in this role. You will support campaigns across social media paid ads email marketing and basic SEO. The work is detailed and fast paced so if you struggle with focus or consistency this is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Support social media posting scheduling and content coordination
Help with Meta Ads basics audience setup creatives preparation and campaign monitoring
Perform simple keyword research and update website content under guidance
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with the creative team for visuals copy and campaign assets
Maintain organized files and follow structured workflows

Requirements
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Instagram Facebook TikTok and Google tools
Interest in analytics and performance based marketing
Familiarity with SEO basics and keyword intent
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines without excuses
Quick learner with the discipline to apply feedback
Any internship experience or small projects are a plus
Must be available full time onsite in Lahore
