Junior Digital Marketer

About the Role

Argasis Labs is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketer to join our growing team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing activities, social media management, and basic campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and update social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, and basic creatives
• Support lead generation and online marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate with the design and content teams
• Maintain website and social media content updates

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Canva
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
