Junior Digital Marketer ( Female)

About the Role

SolutionsLoft is looking for an energetic and creative Junior Marketing Executive (Female) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are passionate about marketing, branding, and digital media.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to support campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content, and help promote our brand in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and post engaging content (graphics, captions, blogs, reels, etc.).
• Support in email marketing, newsletters, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Track performance of campaigns and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (Fresher encouraged to apply).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
