Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our social media paid and free strategy, with a primary focus on managing Facebook and adwords leads, Facebook orders and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging social media to engage our audience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on Facebook and other platforms.
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture Facebook leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion through targeted campaigns and customer engagement.
- Content Management: Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) by Influencers and inhouse team tailored to our audience to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Adwords, other platforms by optimising for performance and ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse social media performance metrics, generating regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a strong online community.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the social media marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Specific Requirements:
- Proven experience in Paid social media marketing, particularly on Facebook and adwords.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
