Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
OneWell Health Care is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing
Specialist to assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of our
online marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital
marketing career who is passionate about creating impact through healthcare
marketing. You’ll work closely with our senior marketing team to help grow our
digital presence and support OneWell’s mission of improving lives through
compassionate care.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and executing digital
marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Support the creation and scheduling of content
for social media and online advertising.
Help monitor campaign performance and contribute
to regular reporting and analytics reviews.
Conduct market and competitor research to
identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the team on new ideas to
improve engagement and conversions.
Assist with SEO/SEM strategies and website
updates to ensure optimization.
Help manage email marketing campaigns and
audience segmentation.
Contribute to the coordination of marketing
projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Using tools such as, Google Analytics, GA4 and
Looker Studio

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
(internship or agency experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads
Manager, and other digital platforms.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
such as Google Analytics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with
digital marketing trends.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of basic web design tools or HTML/CSS
is a plus.
