Junior Digital Markteer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketeer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads, with strong analytical skills and excellent English communication (both written and spoken). You should be eager to learn, experiment, and optimize campaigns to deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads 

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.

• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

• Assist in optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost-per-lead.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop engaging ad creatives.

• Support in A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

• Familiarity with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and keyword strategies.

• Excellent English (both written and spoken).

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (Nice to have).
