Job Summary

The MarCom Senior Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The role focuses on campaign coordination, digital performance monitoring, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, in alignment with the bank’s communication strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Manage daily digital marketing activities including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and content publishing.
  • Assist with SEO/SEM initiatives and track digital performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports using analytics tools.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication assets follow brand guidelines.
  • Support product launches and customer communication plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to contribute to strategic insights.
  • Work with creative teams to develop online and offline marketing assets.
  • Assist in implementing marketing automation, tracking, and optimization activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or MarCom — preferably within the banking or financial services sector .
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid media, SEO/SEM).
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with communication and branding principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and ability to generate meaningful content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English .
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
