This role is crucial for driving visibility, traffic, and conversion for our portfolio of Natural Spreads, Healthy Snacks & Baby Toddler Food products across all key online retailer platforms (e-retailers, pure-play marketplaces, and Quick Commerce).

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our brand strategy and retailer execution, ensuring a best-in-class digital shopper experience that maximizes sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-retailer Activation and Strategy

Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor online trade marketing campaigns and promotions (e.g., banner placement, sponsored product ads, loyalty programs) across major e-retail platforms

Budget Management: Manage the online trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of funds to maximize ROI and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Digital Shelf Management: Ensure 100% compliance on the digital shelf, including correct product naming, accurate pricing, inventory visibility, and search ranking optimization.

New Product Launches (NPD): Develop and implement online launch plans for new products, securing premium placement and promotional support across all relevant e-retail partners.

Shopper Path Optimization: Analyze the online shopper journey and identify friction points, implementing solutions to improve click-through rates and conversion at the point of purchase.

2. Content and Asset Management

A+ Content/Enhanced Listings: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to create and deploy high-quality, conversion-optimized content (A+ content, imagery, videos, product descriptions) for all core SKUs.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO/AMS): Optimize product listing content and use retailer-specific search marketing tools to improve organic and paid search rankings.

Asset Governance: Ensure all digital assets comply with retailer specifications and brand guidelines, maintaining a centralized library for easy deployment.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting

Data Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce trade metrics (traffic, conversion rates, basket size, promotional uplift, profitability) using internal tools and retailer dashboards.

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and promotional strategies on e-retailer sites, providing timely insights and recommendations for counter-strategies.

Forecasting: Assist in promotional forecasting and demand planning based on past performance and planned activations.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

Experience : 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.

E-commerce Proficiency: Proven experience working directly with major e-retailer platforms

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in Excel and experienced with E-commerce analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Analytics, or retailer-specific data portals).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
