Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Junior Expert

We are seeking a high-energy  Digital Transformation Junior Expert  to join our consulting team for an upcoming digital assessment project. This role is ideal for a professional with  3–5 years of experience  who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology.

In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating current state architectures, identifying digital gaps, and helping our clients build a roadmap for a future-ready enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Maturity Assessment:  Conduct comprehensive audits of client business processes, technology stacks, and organizational culture.
• Data Collection & Analysis:  Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and identify pain points.
• Benchmarking:  Compare client capabilities against industry standards and emerging digital trends.
• Roadmap Development:  Assist senior consultants in designing actionable digital transformation strategies and ROI-based prioritization.
• Reporting:  Synthesize complex findings into clear, high-impact presentations and technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:  3–5 years in digital consulting, IT project management, or business transformation roles.
• Assessment Expertise:  Proven experience participating in digital audits, "as-is" vs. "to-be" analysis, or technology selection processes.
• Technical Literacy:  Solid understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and modern enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Odoo, SAGE, IFS, IBM, ServiceNow, Alphabet, etc…).
• Soft Skills:  Strong analytical thinking, excellent storytelling/presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
