Junior Doctor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist senior doctors and consultants in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, and record findings.
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly.
• Prescribe medications and treatment under supervision.
• Perform basic medical procedures as per hospital protocols.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans and medications.
• Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Valid Medical Council / State Medical Council registration.
• Basic clinical knowledge and procedural skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and emergencies.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
