Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior doctors and consultants in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, and record findings.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly.
- Prescribe medications and treatment under supervision.
- Perform basic medical procedures as per hospital protocols.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and clinical guidelines.
- Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans and medications.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Valid Medical Council / State Medical Council registration.
- Basic clinical knowledge and procedural skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and emergencies.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
