Your Responsibilities

Building Shopify Stores from Scratch: You build Shopify stores professionally — supported by AI tools for automation, content, and analysis — and guide them through to a successful launch. You also migrate existing stores to Shopify to ensure a seamless and high-quality transition.

Running Independent Workshops: You plan, lead, and document workshops with our clients — always with a clear focus on project success.

Documenting Client Progress: You track all progress, maintain workflows, guidelines, and processes, and use AI-powered tools to document more efficiently and precisely.

Store Analysis and Optimization: You conduct store analyses and initiate active measures to optimize the store and CRM — always backed by AI tools for faster and deeper insights.

Sprint Planning and Task Management: You plan and manage sprints in close coordination with your team, ensuring all due dates are met and tasks are well-prioritized.

Data Management: You keep client folders up to date at all times, ensuring an organized and efficient way of working.

Supporting the Sales Team: You support the sales team with Shopify-related questions and ensure smooth operations.

Your Profile

Shopify Expertise: You know Shopify inside out and feel right at home in the e-commerce universe.

Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.

AI Experience & AI Mindset — MUST HAVE: You have hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Zapier AI, Shopify Magic or similar tools) and are firmly convinced that AI skills are the decisive competitive advantage of the coming years. You are curious, eager to learn, and actively use AI to work faster, better, and smarter.

Leadership Skills: You bring leadership skills and can confidently guide clients through their projects. You communicate with appreciation, empathy, and clarity.

Attention to Detail: You have an extremely high attention to detail and bring great care and perseverance to workshops and data management. You have the ability to communicate complex matters clearly and precisely.

Self-Organization: Working in a self-organized and independent manner is second nature to you — your time management is impeccable.

Excellent Communication: Your spelling and both your verbal and written expression are flawless. You have experience dealing with clients and know how to communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner.

Solution Orientation: You see challenges as opportunities and stay on top of things even in complex situations.

Language: Your German language skills are at C2 level.
