Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Execute daily lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and oral evaluations to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Use the skills gained during certified teacher training to adapt teaching methods for students with diverse learning needs.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.

• Assist in preparing progress reports and participate in meetings to discuss student development with parents.

• Attend workshops and staff meetings to stay updated on modern pedagogical techniques.

Requirements

• Must have completed Intermediate (FA/FSc)

• Must possess a Certified Teacher certificate or diploma.

• A minimum of 03 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or educational setting.

• Proficiency in Urdu and English (written and verbal).

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.

• Ability to manage young learners with care and understanding.

• Efficiently managing lesson timings and administrative tasks.

• Ability to use visual aids and storytelling to make complex topics easy for children to understand.

• Ability to work effectively with other staff members and the school administration.
