The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply
Roles & Responsibilities:

Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times.

Adherence to implement 5S & Lean projects and instructions.
-
Ensure electrical maintenance discipline 24/7 three shifts.
-
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures set by the Company Management & convey to direct reports.
-
Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical systems of cable manufacturing machinery (e.g., drives, panels, motors).
-
Assist in the diagnosis and repair of electrical faults and breakdowns, minimizing equipment downtime.
-
Calibrate and maintain electrical sensors, controls, and instrumentation used in the production process.
-
Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
-
Support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and system upgrades.
-
Monitor and inspect power distribution systems and lighting within the plant.
-
Assist in managing the inventory of critical electrical spare parts and consumables.

Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipment
-
Work in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process
-
Ensure application of maintenance systems accurately, timely data entry and reporting.
You're a great fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
-
0-2 Years' of experience in the same field.

Fluent Written and Verbal English

Flexibility in a rotating schedule that includes three shifts

Understanding of Electrical systems installation and Maintenance tasks

Power generation maintenance principles and troubleshooting

Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards

Experience with SCADA systems

Familiarity with PLC systems
