Roles & Responsibilities:

• Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times.
• Adherence to implement 5S & Lean projects and instructions.
• Ensure electrical maintenance discipline 24/7 three shifts.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures set by the Company Management & convey to direct reports.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical systems of cable manufacturing machinery (e.g., drives, panels, motors).
• Assist in the diagnosis and repair of electrical faults and breakdowns, minimizing equipment downtime.
• Calibrate and maintain electrical sensors, controls, and instrumentation used in the production process.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and system upgrades.
• Monitor and inspect power distribution systems and lighting within the plant.
• Assist in managing the inventory of critical electrical spare parts and consumables.
• Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipment
• Work in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process
• Ensure application of maintenance systems accurately, timely data entry and reporting.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 Years' of experience in the same field.
• Fluent Written and Verbal English
• Flexibility in a rotating schedule that includes three shifts
• Understanding of Electrical systems installation and Maintenance tasks
• Power generation maintenance principles and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards
• Experience with SCADA systems
• Familiarity with PLC systems
