Junior Email Marketer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Email Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build their career in digital and email marketing. You will work closely with the senior marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage our audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending email marketing campaigns.
• Support the development of email templates, subject lines, and campaign content.
• Conduct basic audience segmentation and manage subscriber lists.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality campaigns.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and email layouts to improve performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and email marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–6 months of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or internships in related areas.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and identify insights.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
