Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon – Fri)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Email Marketing Executive who has a basic understanding of email campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in digital and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns
• Create and format email content (promotional, newsletters, etc.)
• Manage email lists and basic audience segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Ensure emails follow best practices and avoid spam triggers

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year of relevant experience in email or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Familiarity with email structure, subject lines, and CTAs
• Good written English skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing metrics
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML for emails
• Experience working with eCommerce brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
