Junior Engineer

Responsibilities

Hand on electrical work experience in CNC machine and highly automated robotics-controlled machines (Specially in VMC, HMC, Turning & SPMs)

Sound knowledge of Mechanical Engineering drawing and hands on experience in repair and maintenance of various machine elements like spindle, guideways, various bearings and its maintenance

Sound knowledge of PLC/ CNC machines, Lubrication system etc. Should have fair understanding of the maintenance KPIs - MTBF, MTTR, UP Time as per set target

Understand the importance of Preventive maintenance Plan and its effective adherence .

Sound knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics

Sound knowledge in Machine Accuracy maintaining, like – Geometrical, ATC Alignment, Pallet Alignment, Orientation Alignment etc Follow up with machine makers & Vendors for various issue.

Hand on Experience in repairs of cylinders valves, spindles etc.

Responsible for TPM. Active participation in Kaizens, 5S and Process improvement. MIS.

Qualifications

• Diploma In Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 Year Experience
