Roles & Responsibilities:

· Assist in tender sourcing from various portals and platforms.

· Support preparation and submission of technical and financial bids.

· Coordinate and attend bid meetings and pre-bid discussions.

· Work closely with the internal project and proposal team.

· Assist in proposal engineering and project handling activities.

· Prepare running reports, documentation, and project updates.

· Handle client coordination and follow-ups as required.

· Travel in and around Chennai for project- and client-related activities.

· Support the Proposal Engineer / Proposal Manager in daily operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

· Basic understanding of construction / mechanical projects.

· Knowledge of tendering and bidding processes (preferred).

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting.

· Willingness to travel as required for project and client meetings.
